We believe that great BBQ starts with great memories and stories. Tyler Evans has been around cooking his entire life. Some of his greatest childhood memories are centered around watching and helping his grandma, Rose, cook her finest Italian dishes.
Tyler has carried these values forward by developing a love for craft BBQ. His passion for craft BBQ led Tyler and his wife Sarah into starting Mohawk Smokehouse in 2022. Mohawk Smokehouse is known for its commitment to Craft BBQ with Southern Roots.
